    nd experience at this subway I normally go to the one on high st (highly recommend) first time I came I ordered one of the set sandwiches the owner made it wrong went back to complain and still made it wrong todays I went in they was mardy and rude no manner used assuming what cheese we wanted then I asked for what I actually wanted them charged me double % save ur money for the high st it’s cheaper and the staff are absolutely amazing

    I visited this location as I was hungry and I came to order and say an infestation of flies within the bread cabinet. When I promoted the staff and brought it to their attention I was met with a lack lust I don't care kind of attitude, disgracefully I walked out and am disgusted by the lack of hygiene.Store address Unit , College Walk, Rotherham S QB

    This subway is Poor, as it Lets people sit inside and doss around not doing anything taking up seats for actual paying customers and brings there own food and drink inside. They allow a group of people to loiter with a coffee for hours and when i come theres never anywhere to sit for the old or the needy. Not to mention having to tell them how to make sandwiches is absurd. I could do a better job. Give me a Job and ill show you.

    Using subway a lot all around Rotherham and Sheffield, I was really disappointed today’s visit. I ordered it on the app for pick up (fries and garlic bread), from I entered there was no atmosphere or a feeling friendliness kinda just wanted to leave. Everyone has there days where we are hot, bothered and tired out but not the least amount of effort was made today. When I asked if both could be put in one box i got a delayed response then told “not allowed “. I accept it may of possibly been allowed but to be honest it felt more like an excuse since a box was made up all ready based on how the member of staff said it.Customer service was non existent I felt awkward and just couldn’t wait to leave from my interaction. On my waffle fries I wasn’t offered any sauce but I can live with that but would have been nice to be asked.Overall it felt like take your food n leave which I understand it’s fast food although some customer service would have been nice to experience.The food was fantastic!
